ANNUAL BANDIDO CHARLIE FUND RAISING CAMPAIGN

Dear Bandidos and friends,

Once again, we are conducting our  “Annual Fund Raiser” campaign.

Our continuing mission is to support the Veterans, and active duty troops of Bandido Charlie Company (and their families) and other soldiers of the 16th Infantry Regiment, as funds are available.

Christmas is almost here and most certainly, we will be asked for our help. Children need toys, tuition and day-care. As you have experienced, our military families sacrifice a great deal in the way of the “niceties” of life so that we may live free. Some of us (Al Herrera, Herb McHenry, Ron Mackedanz, Ken Costich and Woody Goldberg, along with others) recently visited these soldiers at Ft. Riley, Kansas, and it is unbelievable how committed these soldiers are to protecting our freedoms.  These are the most educated, well trained, most dedicated and best-led troops we have ever encountered.

So here is the bottom line, we need your help and generosity to replenish our treasury funds for the next time our troops and their families reach out to us for help. We are asking everyone to give what he or she can—no matter how small or large.

This year, Bandido Charlie, again, has something to unique to offer. We have commissioned a Bandido Charlie baseball cap in 2 colors and materials. The Navy Blue cap is heavy cotton twill and the Tan cap is light cotton twill. They bear the Bandido Charlie logo that was featured on last year’s Challenge Coin on the front of the cap and the “original” logo of the Bandidos when they were part of the 9th Infantry Division on the left side.  The caps, along with the new Bandido Charlie T-Shirts are featured in Fall-Winter BCA Newsletter and on the “For Sale” page of our website.

For a donation of $28, you can receive your choice of either:

1) Two (2) Bandido caps…one in each color, or,

2) One cap (in your choice of color) and a T-Shirt.

For Christmas Only.

Additional caps mailed to the same address are only $10 each, and additional T-Shirts are only $12 each!

THESE ITEMS MAKE GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFTS!

The demand for last year’s Challenge Coin was so great that more where “minted” and there is a limited quantity available for $15. Why not get all three, the Cap, T-Shirt and Challenge Coin!

As always, every cent collected by the Bandido Charlie Association goes to support and honor both our Veterans and our Active Duty Bandidos—and their families. BCA officers devote their time and efforts on a strictly volunteer basis, and even pay most expenses like postage and software from their own pocket.

It is easy to make a donation or to order products.

You can mail your donation or order with your check  (payable to Bandido Charlie Association) to Al Herrera, BCA Treasurer, 22625 SW Riggs Road, Beaverton, OR, 97007.
